How does one make friends?

I’ve been here two months, but haven’t found anyone to hang out with. I’ve only accidentally had a couple dates, too. Nothing promising.

Why am I even here? I wish I knew.

Haha, I still have things to hang, and a table leaf to put in, and I think, “I’ll wait until Jenny comes over to help.” ...except that’s not going to happen anytime soon. (If ever.)
