This is awful. I really hate teaching. I forgot how much I hate it.
Do I mind helping the kids one on one? No.
It's everything else about it I hate. Prepping lessons, grading papers, entering the grades in the computer.
This is definitely not my cup of tea.
It also doesn't help that I've been sick for a couple of days, and I'm exhausted all of the time. I got so far behind trying to get the paperwork with the district settled, that everything has become a giant mess. I can't get caught up on lesson plans, nothing. I feel like a complete failure.
I can't even think of spanish words anymore. My mind does not work like I remember. :(
I just want to sleep the weekend away. ...but it's only Wednesday.
